1. Registration Fees
Registration and admission fees are strictly non-refundable. These fees cover administrative and processing costs.
2. Course Fee Refund
Course fees are non-refundable once:
- Admission is confirmed
- Seat is allotted
- Classes have commenced
3. Student Cancellation
If a student wants to cancel before course commencement:
- A written request must be submitted
- Processing charges will be deducted
- Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 15–30 working days
4. No Refund Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Lack of attendance
- Voluntary dropout
- Dissatisfaction with teaching style
- Change in personal circumstances
5. Institute-Initiated Cancellation
If Shifaa Lifesciences cancels or reschedules a course:
- Students may be shifted to another batch
- In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered
6. Digital Content & Material
No refund is provided for:
- Study materials
- Digital modules
- Books
- Workshops or webinars
7. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed through NEFT/IMPS within 15–30 working days.
